Robert E. Harvey, IV founded Title Express, Inc. in 2000. Mr. Harvey resides in La Vernia, Texas, and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1996. He received a B.S. in Agricultural Economics in 1993 from Texas A&M University (Cum Laude) and in 1996 received his J.D. Degree from St. Mary's University of San Antonio.

Mr. Harvey is also founder of the law firm, Robert Harvey & Associates, P.C., thus allowing our same legal team to assist in your transaction from contract negotiations through to the closing table.
